Is the apparel true to size?

Yes, items run true to size with a relaxed, unisex fit. If you want a baggier look, size up.


Where are orders shipped from?

From the US, Canada, or the UK, depending on your location.


Do you ship worldwide?

Currently, we ship to the US, Canada, the UK, and Australia. More countries coming soon.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Shop and Venmo.


Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing. After that, production begins, and cancellations are not possible.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and are shipped the next day after processing. We process orders Monday through Friday and don't ship on weekends.

Please expect delivery within 7-9 business days of purchasing to most regions worldwide. During holidays and sales season, orders may take up to two weeks to arrive.


What if I don't receive my order?

If you don't receive your order within 20 days after shipping, contact us at hello@daschitt.com for more information.


What if the item(s) I received are defective /incorrect /damaged?

Please contact us if you have received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.


What is your return policy?

14-day returns from delivery on unworn, unwashed items. Because products are printed on demand, we don't accept returns for sizing changes. For defective or incorrect items, we'll replace or refund at no cost.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
